Mr. Ali is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and an accredited civil/commercial Mediator (ADR-ODR International). Over the years, he has cultivated a reputation as a meticulous professional, which has been showcased through his adept handling of a diverse spectrum of litigation encompassing commercial, contractual, civil, and taxation matters; his portfolio extends to construction disputes, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions and arbitrations involving commercial and construction sectors.

 As a litigator, Mr. Ali has a substantial number of reported judgments under his name and is recognized for his appearances in Courts throughout Pakistan and before specialized tribunals.

Mr. Ali also presides the corporate practice arm of the Firm. His purview extends to providing comprehensive advisory to clients on corporate and statutory compliances, regulatory compliances, corporate and project restructuring amongst other matters.

Before joining the Firm Mr. Ali has experience of working for various esteemed law firms in Pakistan garnering experience in the domain of non-contentious legal services. Additionally, he has experience of working for the Attorney General for Pakistan.

Mr Ali holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Newcastle at Northumbria, United Kingdom.
